I’m Darya, an ISSA-certified personal trainer focused on strength training and long-term results. My goal is to help clients build real strength, improve their physique, and feel confident in the gym through structured and effective training.
My career includes experience in internationally recognized fitness clubs and private wellness environments, where I gained valuable experience working with a wide range of clients.

Every sessions personalized to your goals, experience, and progress. Workouts are structured and focused on strength development, proper technique, and measurable improvement.
I also take into account individual factors such as recovery, lifestyle, and for female clients — adjustments based on the menstrual cycle to support performance and well-being.

I work with clients of different ages and fitness levels — from teenagers starting their fitness journey to adults looking to build strength, improve health, and stay active as they get older. Each program is adapted to the individual’s goals, experience, and physical needs.

Sessions are booked by submitting a request through the contact form, after which I confirm availability and schedule the training time.

Sessions last 60 or 90 minutes depending on the program you choose.

In-person training sessions take place at a private gym located at 3406 El Camino Real, Santa Clara, CA.
Online sessions will be held over a Zoom call.
